2.1 you can create an account by using an email account with a password of 8 or more digits and letters and numbers.v
2.2 you shall keep your account information confidential and bear the costs of password disclosure.v

3.1 Viatimer provides focus timing, local audio playback, audio import, focus log visualization, etc. .v
3.2 future additions will be announced via in-app announcements or email notifications, and you can choose whether to use them.v
User specifications for usev
4.1 do not upload, record or share audio that violates laws and regulations or infringes the rights and interests of third parties.v
4.2 no malicious crawler, reverse engineering, cracking or interfering with the operation of the server shall be allowed.v
Data and privacyv
5.1 We handle your personal information and audio data in accordance with the VIATIMER privacy policy.v
5.2 unless you actively enable cloud synchronization, all audio and logs are stored only on the local device.v
Intellectual Propertyv
6.1 the interface, code, trademarks and built-in audio of this application are copyrighted by Viatimer.v
6.2 the copyright in the local audio and recordings you import belongs to you or the original copyright holder.v
Interruption and termination of servicev
Service interruption due to system maintenance, network failure or force majeure will be resumed as soon as possible without liability.v
7.2 you can log out of your account at any time in your settings. After you log out, your local data will be wiped and unrecoverable.v
Limitation of liabilityv
8.1 this service is provided"As is" and we do not warrant its suitability for all equipment or its continuing error-free status.v
8.2 we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or punitive damages suffered by you as a result of your use of this service.v
Clause renewal and dispute settlementv
9.1 major changes will be notified by pop-up or email, and will be accepted if you continue to use it.v
9.2 the law applicable to this clause shall be such that the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration at the International Arbitration Centre at the place of issue of the application.v
